Subway - Healthy Diet

Apart from outdoor activities, a healthy diet is also an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Many youths nowadays prefer to eat fast food, which is usually known as unhealthy. However, there is a much healthier alternative: Subway. Subway is an international fast food chain offering a variety of healthy food from sandwiches (subs) to wraps and even salads!

My favorite is the Cold Cut Trio Sub, which consists of 3 types of meat, turkey bologna, turkey ham and turkey salami. Subway offers a huge selection of vegetables and sauces for everyone, making it a healthy choice for both the young and the young at heart.

Subway also has sides to complement your meal such as their daily-made cookies, a selection of chips and fruit crisps. Every meal also comes with a healthy drink such as Snapple or Minute Maid Pulpy fruit juices.


All these healthy choices are available at a very reasonable and affordable price. So why not start eating healthy at Subway now?
